We’ve enjoyed helping to bring Maillard & Co. to the attention of their marketplace, whilst taking care that the brand avoids that notoriety that can come with attention-grabbing tactics.

Maillard & Co. are excellent at property. But more people needed to know it.

Our initial brief was to get attention for this brand on the island of Jersey where competition for high-spec estate agency is fierce. Getting attention is one thing (we’ve all seen the ‘Thursday’ dating app shenanigans!), but keeping your brand intact whilst getting it is another.

Initially, we took Maillard’s honest tone of voice and amplified it to be more about no-nonsense action and straightforward talking; laying the industry bare to point out the Maillard & Co. difference with a campaign that translated what estate agents usually say and told you what they really meant.

Since then we have applied that same cut-through used for buyers to encourage more sellers and developers on-board, including ‘Sold for the asking price’ and ‘50%’, and ‘for the few’.
