As Villa Plus have grown into a leading international holiday company, we have worked with them for the last 5 years to consistently uncover the best way forward for this successful challenger brand.

What we did

We had an advantage with this client; our CD David was originally leading the team that based the Villa Plus value proposition around the customer insight that ‘even holidays can be happier if where you stay is better’. Since then, with their unique personality and fantastic offering, we’ve used extensive research and creativity to make sure that the brand has developed and remained relevant in step with an increasingly competitive sector.

Over the years, we’ve adjusted their perception; best illustrated in how the positioning and straplines we’ve created have developed. From the original “We make sure you love it more” to the more tactical “Always adding extra”; a simple focus on the way their additional services turn a good holiday into a great experience.

We’ve created a new identity, graphic devices, language, imagery, tone of voice, and communications material; all of which help to evoke the independent, unexpected, and emotive happiness of the ‘Plus’ in the Villa Plus experience. We’ve since worked on improving and maintaining their successful communication across all their customer touch-points, ranging from emotive language creation to marketing collateral, brand work to website psychology, straplines to storyboarding.

Creating a brand identity that really works takes top level involvement, and the enthusiasm and belief from the executive team at Villa Plus has helped make them a continuously successful communicator to their customers.
